Wind helps temps step up

After a day of upper 70s and lower 80s on Wednesday, Thursday’s readings will take another small step upwards in part thanks to a stronger south/southwest wind. Gusts will reach towards 30 mph through the day. This will promote atmospheric mixing. With the wind direction, it’s a better setup to help squeeze out a couple extra degrees. Highs should make the low 80s for everyone on Thursday.
