(ABC 6 News) – Governor Tim Walz will sign new legislation on Monday, June 3rd, which will increase criminal penalties for straw purchases of firearms.
He will sign the legislation during a ceremonial bill signing with local leaders and law enforcement in Saint Paul.
The bill signing will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
