The rest of Monday’s rain chances

They are lower than they were Monday morning. The severe threat is also lower. However, a few strong storms cannot be completely ruled out due to either strong winds and/or large hail. Better rain chances exist to the north. Depending on how much rain we get will determine highs the rest of the day, but communities in southern Minnesota will struggle to hit 80°.
