Summer’s Last Stand

Just because Summer is officially over in less than a week does not mean it will not be going away kicking and screaming. Tuesday will be far and away one of the hottest days we have had in awhile. The humidity will pick up as a warm front passes through early. With air temperatures blasting into the mid to upper-80s, heat indices are expected to top 90 in several communities. This will be the last really hot day in the forecast as temperatures crater after Tuesday.
