(ABC 6 News) — Metronet will permanently close its Rochester location at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, according to a sign posted outside the store.

Troubleshooting, customer service and bill paying will remain possible online or over the phone 24 hours a day, according to the posting.

The storefront is located at 2109 Broadway Ave. S.
