Free COVID-19 tests available for order soon

(ABC 6 News) — Starting this month, you will be able to order free COVID-19 test kits to be mailed to your house.

Households can order as many as four nasal swab tests once the federal program reopens. Federal health officials say the tests will detect current virus strains and can be ordered ahead of the holiday season.

An exact start date has yet to be announced.
