City of Albert Lea votes to remove two hazardous properties

(ABC 6 News) — The City of Albert Lea has decided to remove two properties that are considered hazardous.
A Facebook post from the city stated that at the city council’s meeting on September 23rd, the council voted to remove the properties at 721 St. Thomas Avenue and 816 S. Newton Avenue.
The post states that the properties have “failing foundations and roofs plus other unsafe conditions.”
