Bright, chilly through Wednesday

Despite temperatures running cold and a bit below average for late November, sunshine and a light wind will help offset the colder air. Winds will remain especially light Tuesday before the breeze kicks in Wednesday.

Another shot of cold, arctic air arrives Thursday and will bring high temperatures well below average after Thanksgiving into the start of December.
