(ABC 6 News) – The Rochester Police Department (RPD) is investigating gunshots that were fired early Friday morning, RPD said in a media release.
Officers were reportedly dispatched to a house on the 6100 block of Branch Ave. NW on a report of shots fired around 1:45 a.m.
According to RPD, shell casings and a gun were recovered from the scene.
No injuries were reported.
This is the seventh reported shooting incident within Rochester in the last month and a half, although the Rochester Police Department does not suspect any of these incidents are related.
