Near Record-Breaking Cold Coming

Tuesday morning will be and feel the coldest out of any morning of the foreseeable future. Temperatures are in the upper teens to start the day, where the record low at Rochester International Airport for October 18 is 17°F set back in 1992. Wind chills will make it feel like we are just above single digits. Wednesday will still be cold and close to more of the same, but a couple degrees warmer in both the air temperature and wind chill.
