(ABC 6 News) – Michael Edward Guajardo will stand trial on a charge of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct Nov. 11, 2022.
The Rochester man was accused of sexually touching a teenager on March 14, 2020.
The incident was reported to law enforcement in April of that year.
