Protivin man charged with sexual abuse, incest

(ABC 6 News) – A Protivin, Iowa man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse and incest, according to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office.

Court documents show 44-year-old Joseph Michael Kruse was charged on Friday with two counts of 3^rd degree sexual abuse, and two counts of incest. Court records list the offense date as January 22, 2017.

Kruse’s initial appearance is scheduled for February 28.
