21-year-old Minnesota man killed in crash in Worth County Saturday morning

(ABC 6 News) – The Iowa State Patrol said a 21-year-old man was killed in a crash Saturday morning on I-35 in Worth County, Iowa.

The state patrol said it happened just before 7 a.m. on northbound I-35 near mile marker 218. Troopers said the 21-year-old from Hanover, Minn. was driving north when their vehicle left the road and hit a semi parked on the shoulder.

The semi-driver, a 51-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri was not hurt.

The ISP was assisted by Northwood Fire and Rescue, Mason City Fire Department and the Worth County Sheriff’s Office.
