Albert Lea shooting suspect arrested

(ABC 6 NEWS) – A man wanted in connection with a shooting in Albert Lea is behind bars.
Javen Moreno was identified and taken into police custody during a traffic stop on US-90 West of Bridge Avenue.
Moreno was transported to the Freeborn County Adult Detention Center on charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and ineligible person in possession of a firearm.
Moreno was wanted for a shooting on May 1 on the 13 hundred block of Louis Street in Albert Lea.
Police say a 34-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital System in Albert Lea.
