Bicyclist injured in crash with vehicle

(ABC 6 News) – Mason City Police responded to a bicycle and car crash in the 3800 block of South Federal Avenue Tuesday morning.
At about 3:02 a.m., MCPD found that a northbound bicycle had been struck by a northbound motor vehicle.
The vehicle driver was uninjured, but the bicyclist was transported to MercyOne North Iowa by the Mason City Fire Department.
Their condition is unknown, MCPD Chief Jeff Brinkley stated.
The collision is currently under investigation.
