Community testing site in Albert Lea changes locations
(ABC 6 News) – The Albert Lea Community Testing Site is moving locations today and will open at its new site Thursday.
Freeborn County Public Health said due to unforeseen circumstances, the testing site will be moving from the old ShopKo space to the Albert Lea Armory.
Testing had previously been held in the Albert Lea Armory (from winter 2020 to summer 2021).
The site will still operate the same (Thursday and Friday 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m.-4 p.m.). The site will be closed on Saturday 2/26 for a drill.
There will be no soldiers participating in testing operations.
