Level 3 offender moving to NE Austin

AUSTIN, Minn. (ABC 6 News) – The Austin Police Department said a level 3 predatory offender will be moving to northeast Austin next month.

Christopher Loving will be released and moving to the 700 block of 8th St NE on Sept. 13.

Loving has a history of sexual conduct and contact with known and unknown female children.
