(ABC 6 News) – During a briefing with media outlets Friday Mayo Clinic discussed the arrival of flu season while the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
"Abinash Virk, M.D., a Mayo Clinic infectious disease expert and Matthew Binnicker, Ph.D., director of Mayo Clinic’s Clinical Virology Laboratory, discussed this year’s flu season. They also addressed how people can tell the difference between COVID-19 and the flu and why getting tested is going to be especially important this winter."
