Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office K9 Rev to get donation of body armor

(ABC 6 News) – A Mitchell County Sheriff K9 will soon have body armor thanks to a charitable donation.
K9 Rev will receive the bullet and stab protective vest thanks to the non-profit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
K9 Rev’s vest is sponsored by The Humane Society of the United States and will be embroidered with the sentiment “Honoring those who served and sacrificed”.
The vest is expected to be delivered within eight to ten weeks.
