RPD: $2K in jewelry taken from apartment

(ABC 6 NEWS) – Rochester Police said about $2,000 worth of jewelry was burglarized from an apartment sometime Tuesday.

A 25-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman told police they left their apartment in the 1400 block of 10th Ave. SE around 3 p.m. Tuesday.

When the two arrived back at home around 8 p.m., they noticed the front door had been kicked in.

They told police no one was inside but some jewelry was missing.
