Semi hits back of minivan, three people hurt

(ABC 6 NEWS) – Three people are hurt after a semi ran into the back of a minivan in Iowa on Tuesday morning, according to Iowa State Patrol.

A semi was heading west on Highway 18 in Floyd County around 9 a.m. Tuesday.

The semi approached a minivan that was driving slow and the semi-driver tried to swerve around the van but hit the back of the van.

Three people were taken to MercyOne North Iowa.
