Social Lights kicks off in Peace Plaza

(ABC 6 News) – A popular Rochester event is kicked off Thursday. Social lights, an adapted version of Social-Ice, returned to Peace Plaza.

It began Thursday at 5 p.m. and runs through Saturday.

There are light displays instead of ice sculptures this year.

The event was rescheduled from February to Thursday because of the increase of Covid-19 cases in Olmsted County.

Five Rochester bars are participating this year, and each bar has its own theme.
