Spring Valley man faces several felony charges following drug investigation

(ABC 6 News) – A Spring Valley man is facing multiple felony charges following a drug investigation in Fillmore County Thursday.

29-year-old Evan Kringler, of Spring Valley, was arrested and charged with several felony counts including possession of a controlled substance, storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child, and permitting a child to be exposed to methamphetamine.

On Thursday, the Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office Investigators and Deputies along with the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team executed the search warrant at 605 Division Avenue in Spring Valley.

Investigators seized a small amount of suspected methamphetamine, suspected psychedelic mushrooms, a hypodermic needle containing suspected methamphetamine, suspected THC wax, and a 9mm handgun and ammunition.

Kringler is currently being held at the Fillmore County Jail.
