(ABC 6 NEWS) – On Friday, kids from elementary to high school were checking out all kinds of careers to see what they’d like to do once they graduate.
Students had the chance to hear from people who work in law enforcement, healthcare, banking, and even news reporting.
"We just wanted to bring in and give the opportunity to students what is out there and have them explore different options. We know being a high school student it is a lot of pressure to try to figure out what to be and so we just want to give them an opportunity to see what you can be before you have to make a decision," St. Charles Public Schools Community Education Director, Julie Siebenaler said.
This is the second year the school district hosted the career fair.
Both students and teachers said they enjoy the opportunity to have community members share their talents.
