Suspect in racially motivated assault case appears in court, hearing scheduled
(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man accused of a racist attack on a local business owner appeared in Olmsted County court virtually Tuesday.
Brady Robinson, 35, faces charges of felony 2nd-degree assault with a deadly weapon, 4th-degree assault – racial bias motivated, and 5th-degree assault.

Robinson is accused of swinging a hammer at Gudalupe Martinez, the owner of Superior Cleaning Services, on May 16 when Martinez stopped by his building in SE Rochester.

He will appear again in court June 21, for an omnibus hearing, which is commonly used to go over evidence in a case.
