(ABC 6 News) – The Night Market is returning to downtown Rochester this weekend.

Event organizers say it’s an opportunity to build sustainable relationships between customers and BIPOC vendors.

It’s also an important space for businesses to launch without over-head costs limiting their operations.
"It’s especially important to highlight mirco business, because this is an incubator space essential for micor business to start an idea at a very low cost and perhaps grow that into a bigger business in the future," said Night Market Founder Tiffany Alexanderia.
The first five markets will be smaller allowing vendors to focus on establishing themselves within the market space.
There will be six markets in total, with the last scheduled to wrap up the season on September 10 outside the Mayo Civic Center.
