Thursdays Downtown’s only coffee vendor: Cafe Steam

(ABC 6 News) – Each week ABC 6 is continuing to highlight local vendors at Thursdays Downtown.

This week is Cafe Steam, the only coffee shop that has a booth on Thursdays. Their specialties include vanilla caramel lattes, nitro cold brew, and iced Americanos.

"Folks need their caffeine and good food like they’re finding at other neighboring vendors," said William Forsman who works at Cafe Steam. "My personal favorite on what we’re providing is our nitro cold brew. It’s a cold brew coffee that brews for 18 hours in a cold environment. High caffeine, high flavor, and it get you through the rest of the day."

Cafe Steam has had a booth at Thursdays for about 10 years.
