(ABC 6 News) – Republicans in the Minnesota Senate are pushing for what they’re calling a "Parents Bill of Rights." They say it will expand transparency requirements for districts to provide lesson plans to parents.
The bill comes amid questionable lessons on critical race theory that some parents say, is taught without their knowledge. Senator Paul Galzeka is one of the lawmakers behind this bill and went-in depth with Betsy Singer to discuss it.
