(ABC 6 News) – There is a shift in today’s workforce, not only are many employers desperately looking for employees to fill vacancies but a lot of places are making changes to accommodate new hires.

A recent report from the Labor Department showed employment numbers from November, and it revealed 4.6 million people quit their jobs equating to about 3% of workers voluntarily leaving.
