1/3/24: Monday & Tuesday snow update

The timing is still late Monday through Tuesday. The low pressure is trending more likely to stay well south of us, which would give us lighter totals in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa than in Missouri, Illinois, or even southeast Iowa.

There is still uncertainty on totals. Models are still showing anywhere from nothing to a few inches. We will have a better idea on those totals (and impacts) closer to this weekend.
