Another quick shot of snow to come Wednesday

The parade of systems will continue this week as a quick hitting system will bring a round of light snow to the area Wednesday afternoon and evening.

This will be a fast moving system as it tracks through Iowa with snow developing sometime late afternoon into the evening. This will pack a bunch with some decent moisture attached to it.

Accumulations around 1″ are likely for most, however some amounts near 2″ are possible especially across far southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa.

Snow will be out of the area by midnight or after.
