Bitter Cold Is Back Friday Morning

Bundle up, cover up, & layer up Friday morning! Lows will be down into the teens below-zero, with wind chills plummeting to -35 at times. Be sure to cover up any exposed skin, as wind chills this cold pose a frostbite concern; occurring in about 10 minutes. Stay warm & safe everyone!
