Bitter cold Wednesday with January-like feel

Winter has returned, for one day, as temperatures will be more typical of the middle of January than late February.

Canadian high pressure will build into the region today leading to a quiet and sunny day, however the sunshine won’t provide much warmth.

High temperatures will range from the upper teens to mid 20s.

A brisk northwest wind gusting to 25 mph at times will lead to wind chills in the single digits throughout the day.
