Cloudy, chilly and quiet Monday

Monday will be the “calm before the storm” as they say, as a winter storm will take aim on the area late Monday night and Tuesday.

Clouds will remain overhead throughout the day with high temperatures still above average in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

A low pressure developing in the southern plains will move toward the region on Tuesday with moisture increasing. Snow begins to develop late Monday evening and will continue overnight through the day on Tuesday.
