Cloudy, quiet and cool Tuesday

The quiet weather week continues into Tuesday.

Clouds will be overhead through much of the day with some breaks possible especially during the afternoon.

The wind will be light and temperatures much cooler than the 40s from Monday. Highs will generally be in the mid-to-upper 30s with some near or in the low 40s especially across northern Iowa which is still well above average for the middle of February.
