Cold front pulls in next rain chance

A cold front arriving in the Friday/Saturday window will bring our next window of opportunity for rain. Generally… this activity is not thought of to be concerning but a few showers and storms are looking possible and widespread too. There are a few areas that have gone over a week without seeing rain so it would be welcomed.

We’ll be watching Friday evening and again on Saturday. The first cluster of established rain should be weakening on approach late Friday but should redevelop on Saturday as we try to warm up. There’s a bit of energy to offer up some thunderstorms.
