Either way, it’s still the coldest St. Patrick’s Day since 1993 when the high temp only made 11°.

At 21°, it goes down as the 11th coldest St. Patrick’s Day on record. The record books go back to 1886. Had the high been 16, it would have been the 6th coldest on record.
