Cooler air returns by the end of the week

Wednesday is trending to be our warmest day of the week. Meanwhile, Friday is expected to be our coldest. Some cooler, drier air will move in from the north, and stay for a brief stint in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. With some breezy winds possible by this weekend, it will allow for wind chills to drop into the teens or even single digits during the mornings. Although, the sub-zero wind chills are MUCH less likely.
