Dry weather pattern persists
The week ahead will be quiet and dry as storm systems will largely evade the area by passing north and south.
There will be some passing clouds each day from Monday through Thursday before a cold front slides through Thursday afternoon with Canadian high pressure building leading to sunshine over the upcoming weekend.
A storm system off the California coast on Monday will slowly cross the country, but remain south of the area during the middle of the week.
The next best chance for any precipitation comes in the form of rain as a storm system looks to target the area in the Monday to Tuesday timeframe. Given that it’s still several days away, more exact details will be ironed out as it gets closer.
