Fall returns eventually

We have to get through another four days before we cool off next week. A round of rain looks to come through on Wednesday, and a cold front will pass behind it. This cold front will slash temperatures, and allow us to feel more like Fall. This will not be a one or two day thing either, but is expected to continue heading toward the middle of October.
