Not as cold, but still chilly wind chills

The single digit wind chills are not expected to be as cold as what we have had the past couple mornings, but it will still feel cooler than we have the majority of this month leading up to this weekend. Winds get less gusty as Sunday goes, and this is when the wind chill will be less… chilly. This continues into Monday morning, but becomes less prominent as we get more mild.
