Showers turn to flurries overnight

A few lingering rain showers continue into tonight. With a slight cooling in the upper levels of the atmosphere these showers will gradually transition to snowflakes.

Overall, this is a very warm scenario. It’s also very damp outside. With minimal temperature drop, it’s not looking all too likely that we see much, if any, impact from the transition to snow. Temps hover near the freezing point for lows. Icing is not much of a concern on the roads overnight.

Between the raindrops and snowflakes, look for fog to take over.
