Temps heading into the evening are above freezing but by sunrise, readings will be in the single digits, even with a few locations possibly even pushing the bounds of sub-zero if conditions align perfectly.

A secondary cold front advancing through overnight will be responsible for the kick downwards. Single digit temps below zero are likely as the breeze hangs around. That breeze is from the northwest and will be sustained around 10-15 mph, slowly easing by sunrise.
