Sunny, But Chilly Thursday

Even though we will see plenty of sunshine throughout our Thursday, we will remain pretty chilly all-day. Morning lows in the 40s will help limit how warm we get today, with highs topping out in the low/mid 60s by the afternoon. Wind will be easing up as the day goes on, remaining light, out of the north.
