Temps hunker down near freezing Tuesday

After a chilly start, temperatures bounce back to either side of the freezing mark for the afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies are expected but some pockets of sunshine will help out too. These readings will be pretty typical to the time of year. The breeze will generally be lighter and a couple lucky locations will pick up a flurry on the day.
