Warmer than average temperatures continue into February
The weather pattern will continue to bring in warmer than average temperatures that will last into February.
Mild Pacific air will briefly filter into the region on Wednesday and Thursday with high temperatures well into the 40s.
A weak cold front will slide through the area sometime on Thursday with cooler air to follow as high temperatures slip back into the mid-to-upper 30s for highs on Friday heading into the weekend which is still well above average.
The above average temperatures look to continue through at least the middle of next week.
Storm systems are expected to stay north and south of the area with dry weather heading into next week providing little threat for precipitation to the ABC 6 Weather First area.
