Beyond the 7-day: February to end on a warm note

This February looks to maintain its status as the warmest February on record for us. The next couple of days are going to be seasonably cold, but warmer air returns next week. Looking beyond next week, the final days of February are looking to end with above average temperatures as well. That doesn’t just apply to southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. Temperatures will be mild for a huge section of the United States. Precipitation looks to remain scarce.
