Cold air sticks around through Wednesday, then back to spring-like warmth

It’s going to be another bitterly cold day Wednesday. Lows will be in the single-digits in the morning and highs will struggle to reach 20° Wednesday afternoon. BUT, a strong, southwest wind will kick back into gear Thursday and, after a cold start to the day, highs will be back into the upper 40s Thursday afternoon. The warming trend will continue through the weekend when highs get back into the 60s Saturday and Sunday.
