Keeping an eye on a larger system late next week

A deep trough will dig into the western U.S. next week and will begin to have an impact on our weather by late Tuesday into Wednesday. Rain, possibly heavy at times, looks to be the staple of our mid-week weather diet, and by the end of next week, some colder air may be crashing the party. I’m sure we’ll talk plenty more about this storm system in the days to come.
