Mild weather likely to stretch into February

Temperatures are running well above average, yet below record territory, for now. With this run of warmer than normal weather, there will be more cloud cover than clear sky, and nights with fog will be more common. There is precipitation in the forecast for Thursday, especially, which looks to be mainly liquid. Some freezing rain is possible, although not widespread, with Thursday’s rain. Looking farther ahead, temperatures will rise even more around the beginning of February, by the looks of recent data.
